Right Thinker Drops Stress and Helps to Live In Meditation/ Mindfulness

(The mindfulness / meditation is a journey of living Happiness. My Himalayan master says, ‘you never give break to breathing because you have been breathing since birth. You never stop eating because you have been eating for years. Similarly, mindfulness is a journey.’ What it means, that after beginning, we should discover, how to live in mindfulness 24X7. A wrong thinker creates all stress

The experience that is limited and conditioned creates divisions. The division creates confusion and conflicts. The confusion in us is a wrong thinker. The wrong thinker lives in a cause-effect cycle.

For example, we want to enjoy Pizza. We need many conditions to be fulfilled like money, private place, consent of other people, desire, etc. We have to meet many requirements to seek and experience happiness outside. But all pleasures are short-lived. It creates a desire to repeat the pleasure. And next time while meeting all requirements, we say, ‘today I did not enjoy the way I enjoyed in the past.’

Without water – ocean, waves, and foam do not exist

Because we live on the surface like foam in the ocean. The foam is essentially water, when it considers itself separate from it, it created limitedness in itself. And the mind experiences duality and divisions that results in conflicts and confusions. The wrong thinker overwhelms the mind. According to eastern wisdom, this is living in ignorance, cause of all stress and suffering in life.

We live in mindfulness that we don’t know because of the wrong thinker

How long it takes to drop the ignorance? Not even a second, for those who are qualified and ready. We are ready only when we learn from our experiences that repetition of pleasure is not the solution. We are capable when we learn the principles of eastern wisdom, contemplate followed by regular practice.

The eastern wisdom says we have conditioned our mind to live and work with duality and divisions like foam in the ocean. The masters say that we should drop the wrong thinker and begin the journey with a principle that helps us to break this limitation, conditioning and suffering.

We are not the foam in the ocean but the water of the ocean. When we perceive ourselves as the water of the ocean – what happens? What happens, when we dream of being the president of a country? There comes freedom from all limitations.

The master says

Om! That (Self) is infinite, and this (universe) is infinite.

The self is infinite like the water of the ocean. It is confined by the ocean as water everywhere is one and the same. The choice lies with us – we consider ourselves as foam and are always scared of our birth and death. The foam lives for a few seconds.

The infinite proceeds from the infinite.

When we are infinite, all our movements are infinite. We are one with the world outside and inside. This happens when the mind drops its limitations. It can happen here and now while reading this article.

(Then) taking the infinitude of the infinite (universe),

How can anything created by the infinite become finite or limited?  Our body is a foam, our life and mind is an ocean but we are water, that is the same everywhere.

The self is untouched by the body, life, and mind. This is true meditation or mindfulness. Like water is the same everywhere. It is a change of perception.

It remains as the infinite (Self) alone.

The wrong thinker in us creates limitations followed by fear, anxiety, stress, and suffering.  Because the mind identifies with the body and claims we are the foam and not the water (self). Another identification with the mind says we are the mind (or ocean here) and not the self (water here).

When the wrong thinker drops, the mind moves within and reflects that we are the self – infinite, all-pervading, and happiness.

Om! Let there be Peace in me!

Let there be Peace in the forces that act on me!

What is left, when foam, waves, and ocean disappears- only water?

The same way, when the mind drops its identification with the body, life, and the mind, the only self is left – self is the cause of mind, life, body, and works.

This self is – absolute-existence-bliss is our true nature.
