Higher Mindfulness Practice from authentic Text-1.1
The Ashtavakra Gita is the most important text about Mindfulness. It helps us to understand the philosophy and practice.
The traditional wisdom says that we have to guide the conditioned mind to a free mind that fires the brain to rewire it.
Science is in bondage, especially neuroscience because if it does not accept the man as a machine, It can fire the brain and rewire it.
Many researchers say that the mind is the brain in action. does it really mean anything to you? Science is progressing and one day we hope that It will progress and understand that we consciousness-based approach is the way to
overcome pain and awaken to inner peace and happiness
I record the sessions of higher Mindfulness practices with permission to my students who have been with me for the last 10-15 -20 years.
